I've always been interested in going on a cruise and had a chance to go on Carnival out of Long Beach to Catalina and Ensenada.

Good parts --

The room steward was very friendly and helpful. He quickly learned our names and was readily available.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin 6A

I expected a very small cabin but it wasn't so small. There were lots of hangers in the closets. We could sleep four -- two in the main bed, one on a pull-down bed and one more on a bed that was pulled out from under the main bed.

Port Reviews

Catalina Island (California)

It was fun to walk around-- we have young children and they enjoyed playing in the sand and visiting the candy shop (seemed like a fun, old-time candy shop).
