Sail Date: Jun 2018
Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

First and absolutely last time my family and I will ever sail Norwegian.

Cabin: The "mini-suite" was a standard hotel room with a balcony. Overall, it was fine. Our cabin steward would knock multiple times on our door throughout the day to deliver random items + always lingered way too long. I was a fan of the towel animals, though.

Dining: Same food, different restaurant... every... single... day. As foodies, we were very very disappointed. The only thing that was actually worth praising was the specialty dining restaurants. Did I mention my sister was served a frozen piece of fish? The restaurant manager literally DID NOT CARE AT ALL. His response "this happens all the time". The entire conversation is recorded on video... it's repulsive how he reacted and didn’t see a problem with serving food that was actually so hard it could chip a tooth.
