The Norwegian Bliss was way too crowded. 4200 people and two elevator areas made it always a long wait. Every theatre was crowded and you had to reserve a spot or you had to wait to enter. Atrium area was very crowded. Standing room only. The ship was so large that it could not come close to glacier. You were miles away and could only see half. All other ships get the whole experience. This ship is not suitable for Alaska. That was suppose to be the highlight of the ship and was extremely disappointed. The Manhattan Dining room was very slow. The waiter brought ketchup in bottle to our table and then took it away to Bring to other table without even asking. There was a private event for an Indian group on ship that took the whole front of observation deck and we were kicked out. Another night the Margaritaville room was blocked off for another private party. One night the Bliss Theatre had an entire section blocked off for them. Really? We all paid for this ship. Warning! Don’t use this ship if you want to see Glacier Bay!
