We took our family of 6 on this cruise, 4 kids ages 11- 16, my husband and I have been on 9 other cruises and have loved all of them. However, this cruise was not so great! Alaska is wonderful, we loved every minute of the views and the ports of call, but just skip going on this ship, we were never able to do the laser tag, go carts, shows, or sit in the observation deck due to to many people and not enough seats. We were not even able to upgrade any of our meals on board because all of the restaurants were full for the week.We paid for 2 balcony rooms, they were honestly the smallest balcony rooms we have ever had, even Carnival's were bigger. The food is all the same, nothing special at all and we were so sick of it by the end of the cruise, and the wait staff was very unprepared and just plan old didn't care! Oh , and that great water slide that they show, only one of my kids got to use it, it was hardly Ever open, we have no idea why, it just wasn't! I will never cruise NCL again!
