We were a party of 13 of all ages, half veterans and half first-timers. We chose Oasis because of its convenient location relative to where most of us live in Central Florida and because big ships offer so much.

Entertainment--Excellent. The entertainment was great, and actually the most impressive part of the cruise--"Frozen in Time" ice show was amazing, and we loved the comedy shows, the Quest, and even "CATS" (which has a very boring story line, but was still so well performed). The ship has many excellent live musicians.

Food--Excellent. We bought the $89 -for-three-specialty-restaurants dining package, which I highly recommend. 150 Central Park, Chops and Giovannis had wonderful food and over-the-top good service. It is easy to buy the dining package on the ship--the restaurants were not full. Windjammer was decent. Main Dining Room was a little noisy, but served good food.

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite with Balcony

Cabin OS

Very large room with HUGE deck, living area couch and two chairs, round 4-seater dining table, way more storage than my husband and I could ever use. Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

As mentioned before, however, room needed unspecified maintenance requiring both of us to be out of it for six hours on last port day.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

As easy as any cruise ship port I have ever used.
