Boarded the boat at 11:30AM was not able to enter cabin until 3:30PM, did not get luggage until 5:00Pm. Got email just a few days before flying to Hawaii that we would not go to Hillo because of volcano but spend extra day at sea, after boarding ship we was told that we would not go to the big island at all but leave dock a day later so we did not leave until Sunday at 5:00PM. in the dinning room 3 of the 6 fountains did not work, 1 of the 2 ice cream machines did not work for the whole cruise, the windows in the dinning room was dirty with salt spry before the cruise started and was never cleaned, we went to Lahana as alternative had to tendered in took 2 hours to get off of boat, would not recommend this cruise to any one. Norwegian should have had better alternative plans to deal with volcanos
