This was our fourth Oceania cruise and it was the type and quality of a cruise we have come to expect from this cruise line. We can say that we experienced excellent service and top notch quality of food at several of the restaurants on board the Riviera. My wife has special medical dietary requirements and all of the food was prepared accordingly and service staff were especially helpful and accommodating with her dietary requirements.

The entire ship was very clean and seemed well maintained. We experienced a problem with the plumbing system in our cabin and the maintenance staff stuck with the problem until it was corrected.

Several of the the food and beverage staff who waited on us displayed a fun sense of banter with us and it was a pleasure to see them at different venues. Read more
