We have just returned from a cruise on Noordam to Alaska-our first with H&A.

Although the ship needs some refurbishment in certain areas , we could not fault the staff 'service and food on board. We have been cruising for over 20 years, and I have to say the atmosphere on board took us back to the days of "good old fashioned" cruising when water slides, dodgems and ice rinks at sea , had never been thought of.

Our cabin was well serviced by our steward and we were impressed with the friendly staff and their ' can do 'attitude. Read more
