Having been on previous cruises with Royal Caribbean & Celebrity we decided to give Msc a try, at the end of this cruise i was saying to my self "next time, stick with what you know".

This was the worst cruise we've been on.

The cabin was dusty, had no hand wash refilled for 3 days, we had to get Guest services to get in touch with house keeping to get it filled. On one occasion we had to get toilet roll off a trolley in the hallway. We had a sofa bed in room and we had to make this up every night!!. The first night the sofa bed was pulled out but no pillows or bedding was left in room, again we had to ring down to Guest Services. Read more
