Sail Date: May 2018
Cabin: Spacious Ocean View Balcony

We found this cruise to be somewhat disappointing. The ship itself is very dated, rusty and wood trim scaling. The cabin furnishings are dated, worn and chipped. The staff was dismissive at times, especially if you declined the "upcharges." Some staff members wouldn't even respond when spoken to or acknowledge your request. Casino needs better ventilation, smoke smell was horrendous! The food was average-except in the main dining salon and the specialty restaurants. Beverage stations were inconsistently available. We didn't like having to ask for amenities like shower gel, lotion and conditioner. Bathroom was only stocked with shampoo and bar soap. I guess we are used to a higher level of cruising. (Disney)

Our main dining staff was a bright spot in our cruise. They were very attentive and pleasant, they went the extra mile to make our experience nice. We really enjoyed our evening meals with our dinner companions.

I'm afraid we will really think twice before booking again.

Very dated in decor. Furnishings were worn and chipped. Rust on balcony and wood rail varnish was chipped and peeling.
