We chose this cruise as one of the destinations was Russia. Our favourite port was Saint Petersburg and our least favourite port was Helsinki. We were extremely pleased with the service and accommodations onboard. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating We were three in our cabin, the third bed is a pull out and not the most comfortable. The food in the Haven was excellent although their menu did not change the whole time on board which I found odd. The food in the buffet was adequate. We attended the Cirque du Soleil show and dinner and it was wonderful as was the dance show Burn the Floor. Unfortunately NCL changed our reservations for Rock of Ages and after two 10 hour days touring Russia we were too tired to attend this one which was disappointing. The ship was just recently refurbished and was very clean. We booked our St Petersburg excursion through an outside company, the price from NCL was extremely expensive - word of caution for the initial disembarkation in Russia - it takes time to get through their immigration line - if you are booking privately, book as late as possible as the NCL tours will be given first opportunity to disembark. We did not take a tour in Estonia as it is within easy walking distance of the port. We booked the hop on/hop off bus in Helsinki and Stockholm which was adequate for these locations. I would not recommend the Grand Tour of Copenhagen (we did this upon disembarkation) - the City is too congested for a bus tour - I would recommend the hop on/hop off bus or doing a walking tour. Also Copenhagen is extremely expensive! I would go back to Russia as even after 20 hours of touring in two days there is so much more to see. We would return to Stockholm also. Overall all of our party was extremely satisfied with our vacation.
