We have sailed on Norwegian numerous times in the past. On this cruise we purchased a balcony and studio cabin. Embarkation took about an hour. Both rooms Had scratches on the walls and dings and dents in the walls. The studio actually had a pair of men’s dirty undergarments still in the closet.
Mid cruise they removed and repoured are balcony floor for routine maintence that should have been done in drydock two weeks prior. This was done without notice and while we were on an excursion. This left our room and personal items full of dust.
The food was below average and we couldn’t get refills even at the speciality restaurants.

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom
Cabin was rundown with dents and dings on the furniture and walls. In the other cabin we rented we found a pair of dirty men’s undegarments.
