First of all the ship was way to big. I didn't find it a friendly ship at all. The restaurants seemed to have the same menus. The staff wasn't as friendly as on other cruise ships I've been on. On the first day we tried to book shows and everything was unavailable. The adult pool was so small we thought it was the kiddie pool. The buffet was over crowed. You had a hard time finding somewhere to sit. Casino was so smokey you couldn't breathe. Had to leave the ship after 2 days do to an emergency by ambulance to the hospital in Cayman Islands. My husband had a heart attack. I wrote a letter to the Norwegian Headquarters to see if they would refund the 5 days that we already paid for but they just didn't seem to care. I will never go on a Norwegian ship again. So very disappointed.
