VIKING SKY HOMELANDS REVIEW APRIL 28, 2018 VOYAGE

We were 2 couples (65+) on this wonderful cruise. Having 8 countries and 11 cities to visit was amazing. Previously we had been on 3 Viking River Cruises together, so this was our first ocean cruise, All agreed it was a great trip. Viking handled everything from beginning to end perfectly. An amazing itinerary. Great ship, excellent dining, an exceptional crew, a rating of 9.5/10!!

Cabin Review

Cabin Veranda

Good layout. Comfortable seating. Dual desk with make-up table. Space for 2 to move around easily. USB ports all over. Bathroom roomy & enjoy heated floors. Drawer space

requires some thought when unpacking.

Port Reviews

Bergen

Do the Mount Floyen funicular on your own.

$13 for seniors RT.

Copenhagen

Did our own walking tour based on Rick Steves "Port" book.

Rostock (Warnemunde)

Went in by Viking train. Did our own their. Try doing the Reichstag tour on your own.

Helsinki

Did Viking bus/walking tour. Then do rest of day on our own. Take shuttle back and walk around.

Stockholm

Did Viking included tour. Then walked all over on our own. Vasa Museum a must.

Stavanger

Included. Enjoyed the Oil Museum. Nice walking tour.

Eidfjord

Took Viking Flam train excursion. Cost alot but not to be missed. DO IT.
