The service on this ship is excellent. Andrea, the Hotel Director, deserves a raise. We had 9 days at sea but our Cruise Director Rich and our Activities Manager Jane kept us well entertained. The Beyond the Podium Lectures about the history of the area were impeccable. The cafe team George, Rommel, Bade, Puli, Hannah, Christian and Margoe really made me feel at home. Definitely dine at Sushi on 5. They have a lot more than Sushi. The MD is Hugo and the team as Agustino, Kim, Tari and Edgar. I was really well taken care of. The same can be said about Q-sine. The MD is Cagla. Mimi, Kartini, Kanis, Ana, Nadia, Robbie all are lovely. My dining table at the main dining area was Ryan - amazing waiter! Cielo, Joanna, Eliza and MD Rafael are wonderful. I did the Jack Daniels tasting and Cognac tastings with Amitava who is super knowledgeable. Tuscan Grill - I had the perfect Fillet Mignon. So yummy. My server was Carol who is excellent. MD Petar. The shore excursions team is phenomenal and Joseph and Patricia put together a lot of individual shore excursions for me so that I could do exactly what I wanted to do - without the large bus tour. Smoothie bar is great on this ship. Kwan, Joanna and Kannis would invent smoothies for me. I also really enjoyed the shops. And the Spa and Salon were excellent. Everyone should get a massage from Kadyk or Memento. I had the most amazing time and many fond memories. Only complaint - they never sent me a survey for my feedback. It seems rude to tell the staff they can "earn positive feedback" and then never email the guests the form. That makes me not want to sail with Celebrity again because the Home Offie never sends the form to hear your feedback so all of these people were excellent and I can't let the company know about them. Sigh.
