We did this cruise because of the ports .. great ports .. but as soon as you go on board you are offered a glass of champagne but while you may be drinking your champagne you are hounded to buy packages .... drink packages .... specialty dining packages .... I did not buy packages because they were very over priced we did go to 2 dining rooms and value for money they were very overpriced .... example glass of red wine was no more than 2cm of red wine in a water glass cost $10.00 .... but the worst is yet to come .... we did 2 cruises .... back to back .... Singapore to Abu Dhabi and then Abu Dhabi to Rome .... the last show in the theatre on the first part of the cruise was the first show in the theatre on the second part of the cruise .... this we believe was all about saving money on entertainment .... and there is lots more .... the buffet on the second part of the cruise where we had 5 days at sea ran out of tomatoes .... banana,s .... and later in the cruise potatoes .... this made the salads look very bleak ....

But the worst experience was there safety drill ... there a lot of elderly passengers on cruises and you are asked to go into dining area,s for a period of 40-45 minutes where more than half the passengers are asked to stand .... I am 73 years old and I cannot stand for 45 minutes so I sat on the stairs outside the dining room I was asked to go in the room and I refused on the second leg of the cruise I learnt against the wall at the opening on the other side was a gentleman with a walking stick and he was very distressed I asked one of the staff if they could get him a chair and I was completely ignored .... there facility for safety drill is a shameless and very very unprofessional ....

I and many other passengers believe that are putting profits ahead of the comfort and safety of passengers
