My first cruise not what I expected. A number of problems had to be corrected the first day. No diner seat assigned. It took till after 6 for luggage to be delivered. The room had dirty cloths from prior cruise. The room had marks on the wall like dry marker. The trim was coming of the wall. Many of the people working couldn’t understand English I asked for a wet cloth to clean the table and got a glass of water and a smile. Everyone was very friendly just understanding was difficult true ship was dirty. The windows in the buffet were so dirty it was hard to see out of many of them some windows had piles of dirt in the corners. The food was ok nothing special. The last night the beef stroganoff was to tough to eat and the lasagna had no cheese or tomato sauce to sleek of it was tasteless I enjoyed to locations and trips we found outside the cruise area. We will go on another cruise but not with royal caribbian
