We have travelled with Scenic previously and had a wonderful time. This cruise was from Belgrade to Bucharest, a stretch of the Danube which was new to us. Scenic lived up to our expectations and we can’t fault a thing. Everything was perfect. The initial cost may seem a lot but it is worth every penny. A new ship with well appointed cabins, a very comfortable lounge and bar and a great sun deck with plenty of places to relax. Food was five star with efficient friendly service which was attentive without being intrusive. There was a good choice of excursions. The highlight for me was a visit to a school in Bulgaria where after a tour of the classrooms and meeting very excited pupils some of the children sang to us in English and invited us to join in with their dancing. Can’t wait till our next Scenic cruise!!
