We thoroughly enjoyed most of our cruise, but we could rarely go out on our balcony due to the sewer gas smell. They claimed it was coming from the drain and they tried to resolve it, but the smell came back. It was very strong!

The food and service in the dining room was excellent. We ordered room service once - a sandwich and a chicken quesadilla - both cold and not very fresh.

Our cabin steward was not up to par from what we have had in the past. We requested 2 times per day, but we rarely got that. In fact, we didn't see our room steward at all the first day and by noon the 2nd day we still didn't see him. I had to call the purser to find out what was going on and the next thing I know, he was knocking at the door. In the past, most stewards clean between 8 and 9 in the morning and 6 to 8 at night. This guy wanted to clean around noon and around 10pm! We are early risers and early to bed so this didn't work with our schedule at all!
