Wonderful itinerary...beautiful ship...SERVICE WAS DISGRACEFUL....never want to sail on any of the MSC ships again. Food was horrible...Bar service was disgusting....dinner was a nightmare....no water, no coffee or tea with dinner. An arguement nightly in the dining room. Tried to speak with Guest Services and repeatedly was told this is not the way things are done in Europe....although we are an American group and have traveled repeately on ships in Europe and never received the treatment (Horrible) that we received on this ship. The buffet food was the same every single day. The buffet was never clean....tables were never cleaned. Cups on the floor along with food on the floor. Drinks spilled and never cleaned up. The noise level was unbeareable as well. I am a travel agent and will never recommend MSC to my clients again. What an embarassment. Booked a triple balcony stateroom but no place for my grandson to sleep as the sofa was not a bed as described in the deck plans....

Cabin was never clean. Drinking glasses were never replaced no matter how many times I left notes to take away the dirty ones and replace with clean ones....for the entire cruise. I finally called the head of housekeeping who gave me a lame excuse the customers do not want their glasses removed as they may not want their drinks removed from the stateroom....yet our glasses were all empty and dirty
