Embarkation was awful, we were suppose to board 11-11:30, we were held like cattle in a room with no where to sit down. There were crew members standing around the elevator with wheelchairs but they did not offer them to anyone. Disembarkation was fine other than the distance you had to travel. This ship did not have enough crew to keep things running smoothly. Every time you tried to get assistance (photo, internet café, etc) they had very short operation hours. Customer service took a very long time to answer phone. The windows on the ship were constantly dirty so you could barely see out of them and you never saw anyone cleaning anything. Our steward had no help and so our cabin would not be made up until afternoon, which was not his fault. I had to make several calls to Customer Desk regarding problems in the cabin. Some people were very nice, some were vary rude. Dining was fine, most of the bars were not open until evening, so unless you wanted to be in loud areas, you could not relax with a drink before 6pm.
