This is the smallest stateroom of this category we have ever seen on any cruise line. We suggest that stateroom beds be made up as twins to increase useable floor space. This stateroom was serviceable, but very basic. Bathroom is cramped, of course. And no bath amenities other than a single bar of hand soap and a shower dispenser of generic shampoo and body wash were supplied. Old but useable bath robes may be available upon request. Extra clothes hangers may also be available, though clothes will be tight in the small closets, regardless.

Thermostat on the wall worked but took up to 12 hours to get the room to preferred temperature. Room is generally quiet due to sound insulation in the walls as well as its location sandwiched between two stateroom decks. We chose this forward location to get as far as we could from the heavy shaking at the stern of the ship that has been reported by previous reviewers. The shaking can still be felt in this location but it did not keep us awake at night. The main price paid for being this far forward is the increased amount of walking required to the dining venues, pools, etc. at the aft of the ship. Given the increase in calories consumed on a typical cruise, however, this may not be such a bad thing. FitBit clocked us at walking an extra 5-7 miles per day just walking back and forth on this ship compared with what we normally do at home. That does not count any excursion or port walking.
