This was our 5th cruise with Royal Caribbean and we love it! The Allure was very large and a bit overwhelming, but we still enjoyed it very much!

Some key points -

1) Embarkation was very smooth. Took maybe 5 minuites to check in & get on ship.

Cabin Review

Cabin DX

Nice room. We love getting a balcony! Although, the balcony on the Allure is a little smaller & doesn't feel as privateas some of the other ships. So nice to have coffee out on the deck every morning as we pull into port. And at night we could keep the door open and listen to the waves.

Sink in bathroom was a little small, but the shower was great for my tall husband!

Storage is a bit tight. (other ships we could put suitcase in bottom of closet, but on the Allure we had to store under the bed)

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Hotel was very expensive! Beginning of Spring Break season & it was double the cost. (I need to plan a less busy time next trip!)

However, SUN Trolley is a great way to get around very inexpensively! $1.00 per person for each time you get on/off or $3.00 per day.
