We paid extra for an upgrade to an ocean suite a week before the cruise. The jetted tub only had 2 of the jets working. Even after maintenance worked on it, no real change. Dining room service was very slow. The one night it took 45 minutes to get any food. The service did get a bit better later in the week. They did not call me by my name, but were nice. The food on lido deck was good . The ship was clean. Great cabin steward. Did not like San Juan, too hot, and not much around the port area.. Loved St Kitts, got a whole 2 pound lobster for $40 at one of the open area bars. Plenty of shops. Casino needed more staffing for drinks, but staff was great. I had a great time, but will not pay for an upgrade again. Serenity pool was fabulous, but crowded at times.

Cabin Review

Cabin Ocean suite

Clean and comfortable. Jetted tub didn't work correctly. Refrigerator was a plus. Cabin steward, Daniel, was friendly and remembered our requests. Ice bucket filled twice daily. Bed made morning and then turned down in the evening.

Port Reviews

Grand Turk

Excellent beach by the pier

San Juan

Lots of walking. Too many homeless people near the port

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Lots of shops. Great open area bar that serves whole lobster at a reasonable price.

St. Maarten

Crowed around the port area. Live entertainment. Many shops.
