Sail Date: Apr 2018

We have been on the Sea for 5 days and have not had live tv. They have been very non responsive in explaining the problem. They said that some cabins have it and have given excuses every time i call guest services, but no announcement to the ship to explain the problem. We have been on over 60mcruises , including Viking, and never had this problem other than intermittent outages.

I also think there is insufficient staff in the dining rooms as we have waitied long times for food and for our tables to be cleared.

There is absolutely no dress code enforcement as people are poorly dressed with sweatshirts, jeans and sneakers at dinner.
