My family has taken 3 Disney cruises prior to this one. We really wanted to try something different. We loved that this cruise went out of L.A. We also loved that we were goingvto be going to a new port, Cabo. We were very impressed with the embarkation and debarkation process. It was speedy and the staff was very friendly. Our cabin attendant was exceptional as well. However, the food was so, so and the staff was overall unfriendly and not all that welcoming. It us never a good to feel like an imposition. We often felt that way and were really disappointed in how unwelcoming many of the staff were. This was definitely no Disney experience. I know that Disney sets a high bar but this was not even close. Disney's attention to detail is second to none. They are so welcoming and everyone goes out of their way to smile and make you feel truly special. The food is also excellent on a Disney cruise. The quality and variety is so much better. We will definitely be going back to Disney when it comes to cruising.

Cabin OE

The cabin itself was very clean and spacious. The furnishings were on the out dated side though.
