I've been on the cruise in 2011, which was really good. I thought I will do it again, but was highly disappointed. The no care attitude of the crew, their rudeness, arrogance and incompetency made me to regret that I've ever booked the cruise in the first place. Herewith some of the incidents:

a. When I received my confirmation booking, I saw that we were booked for the second dinner seating, despite having indicated that I want the first dinner seating. I've send an e-mail to this extend and have received an e-mail back to confirm that the seating was changed to the first seating. On arrival on the ship, when I was issued with my cruise card, it reflected second dinner seating. I brought this to the attention of the person who issued the card and I have even shown him the e-mail that I received in question. The person just shrugged me off, visibly irritated with me and told me that I need to discuss the matter with the restaurant manager. That was completely unacceptable and I do object to how I was treated. Fortunately, the restaurant manager assisted me after explaining my situation to him.

b. When I arrived on the ship, I completed the excursion form and placed it on the box at the excursion office. (I must add that, at that time, no one was manning the excursion desk, which in itself is unacceptable, in particular if one has questions). I later on went to the desk to to confirm if my form has been received and that I have some questions to ask. At first, the lady behind the desk told me that they have not received anything. I was astounded by this fact and it was only when another person came to the desk that it was confirmed that they have indeed received my form. The question that I've asked them about the excursion to the Inhaca mainland, could not be answered satisfactorily. (I've asked them who will meet us at the mainland). Read more
