Wanted to visit the Amazon on a luxury cruise line. The ship was very nice and never a crowd at any one area. The service was outstanding from the steward , restaurant, and service staff. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the quality of the food. Presentation was very nice but some meats were overdone and tough. Fish dishes were a little over cook and dry. Would travel again . The Oceania line had better food but Viking has a nicer ship (new ship) and better service. Breakfast was the same everyday. The included tours were good on this cruise but not outstanding . It may be due to the infrastructure of the Amazon and the Caribbean island on the itinerary . Check in was very organized and wish other cruise lines should try to achieve. Afternoon tea was delightful along with the scones they served.
