We came back to Princess after nearly ten years away( in between we have had many cruises on Celebrity, RCCL,HAL,MSC,Oceania etc) we were astounded at the lack of customer service and the attitude of most of the crew. We found the buffet very limiting, they ran out of things, didn’t replenish, if you asked for something, the first response without checking was that they didn’t have any more yet if someone persisted it did magically show up. The ship while pretty is looking tired and ready for their dry dock, not much entertainment and the more well attended things were in smaller venues without enough seating, there’s se,med to be a muchnolder crowd ( though we are not youngsters) we had almost no hot water two mornings, when we called, no apology just that they would look into it. Many times were were given wrong information and the staff was not at all welcoming, overall a great disappointment we would be hard pressed to return to Princess.
