The solo cruisers program hosted on this cruise by Morne Carstens was great. There was a good selection of dining choices and entertainment events. However, there was often not enough space in a particular venue to view and enjoy some events, O'Sheehans bar and grill had too narrow a selection of entrees. For me this ship was too big. I will choose a smaller ship in the future. Although I did enjoy several features unique to the size ship, such as the multi-level water slides and the ice room, they are not enough of an incentive for me to recommend this ship to others. I also enjoyed the therma spa but felt it was overpriced.

Also the bar service was consistently slow as it seemed the bars were understaffed. One positive was guest services - staff here were always available and responsive. I also felt the on board shopping choices were less attractive than other cruises I have taken.
