I took my Wonderful Wife on this cruise for a birthday present. She loved the ship, the buffet, the wonderful crew. We dined in both main dining room to great food and service. we dined in three of the specialty dining room. Cagney's was Superior the food was Special and staff was excellent. The Italian and French establishments were poor and sadly a Great disappointment. Food selections were not Italian or French. Service at the French fair was none existent, I mean we sat for 3 hours with little contact. Hey you asked, I am telling. The was the worst of the trip. The BEST was the friendly rest of the day(s). On ship the people (staff) were great. The cabin good the bath design was awesome. I used the fitness facilities and took a book out of the library. I had forgotten how enjoyable it can be to sit and read. I have a strong complaint concerning the communications. PLEASE listen! the pamphlet is the room each day is great. Why can't you have interactive TV in the cabin. I should be able to access my billing status from the cabin. I like the bow camera but how about expanding the idea to include a banner with the time and temperature. The Map channel was poor cycling. The Screens by each elevator should be interactive. What information would I want? I want to see the daily schedule of event, Up-To-Date menus for all the dining rooms. Status of special events. NEWS and Anticipated WEATHER at local excursion areas. Excursions for the next port with filled or open slots, cost would be nice.
