First and utmost was the embarkation process at the pier. A total disaster and even the Park N Go driver couldn't figure out what they had done and why they changed procedures. No special line for Concierge and above class. In fact they were screaming for suite class to step out of line and follow someone.

This was another cruise on the Celebrity Silhouette (past a transatlantic) and dining in the Grand Cuvee was the worst. The maitre'd P...... needs to be reassigned or retrained on how to be cordial to Select Dining Guests. We actually saw her make guests cry when asked to be seated. She should also not be on the phone taking reservations when people are at her counter. We gave up and used room service and the buffet on 14th deck. The entertainment was below par and geared for 20-30 year olds. The shore excursions are way overpriced and unrealistic for the short time you get. We took this ship less than 2 years ago with a happy crew but it seems the crew morale has declined. The men's restrooms were not maintained and often out of towels and no attendant cleaning the floor.

Other evidence is our refrigerator was not working and it took some time to convince someone to replace it. We had a guest Vaping off his balcony two rooms forward and informed guest relations several times. He could not be caught after we called and we eventually avoided the balcony. Room service also would deliver a cold breakfast and warm juice. All of the items requested were not delivered (i.e cream cheese and no bagel) several times.
