Because Viking is the best.Food is excellent . Boats are very modern and clean. Crew is well trained , polite , friendly , mannerly and immaculate in their appearance. The logistics as far as boarding , baggage handling ,side trips and customs are carried out flawlessly. The security appears to be well thought out and professional.The entertainment was first class and well done.The cabins are really nice,clean and well laid out. The balconies are really nice...

All the restaurants are really good and the food is excellent . The casual dining buffet was as good as it gets particularly the salad bars and dessert bars .
