We love Oceania cruise line and this itinerary was perfect for a January cruise and getting out of the cold weather! Originally scheduled to visit San Juan and St. Maarten, we were taken to St. Kitts and rescheduled to visit San Juan. The East coast of the US was experiencing bad weather during our cruise and perhaps we were on the fringe of it---Nassau was very windy and not very warm. But our balcony allowed us to be out of the wind!

The food in the main dining room, grill and cafe was excellent as well as the speciality restaurants . Our mini-fridge was replenished daily with soft drinks. Our room attendants were very efficient. The staff in the restaurants were professional and efficient also.

We did not take any of the ship's excursions and the only comment I heard was that the prices were too much (this is probably a universal truth). The on board lectures were interesting and helpful. We did not do bingo, bridge, etc. so I cannot comment on those.

Cabin Balcony

We totally enjoyed our extended balcony! Because of the extra depth, we were sheltered from wind & rain. The loungers (2) had terry cloth covers over the foam pads and were very comfortable to relax. There were also 2 chairs and a table. Very nice balcony!
