Room attendant was MIA, Terrible service from bar and wait staff. Reservation system is ridiculous. Restaurants with addition fees are not worth it. The mobile app lack functionality that you want. The pool deck doesn't have enough chairs and allowing people to reserve chairs for hours with a towel is ridiculous and should not be allowed. Too many kids (some unruly) in the adults only sections of the ship. Getting on/off the ship via two entrances is stupid, there should be at least 3 or 4 points to get on and off the big ship. The sports channel on the ship showed cricket and soccer the entire trip, no NBA and only three NFL games (are you kidding me on a US based cruise?).

Burn the Floor, Priscilla Queen of the Dessert and Howl at the Moon were excellent. The shore excursions were excellent (zip lining in Jamaica and Secret River in Cancun).

Do yourself a favor and cruise on Disney, Royal Carribean or Celebrating
