Based cruise on ports but hurricane switched our itinerary. We severely overpaid for the itinerary we received. Every person we talked to on this cruise was unhappy.

Service was non existent and no one cared. Harry at pool bar tried and we found 1 server in Taste (Teddy) and Sommalier Peta to be the only ones that attempted to try but were still average. Food was always served lukewarm at best, supper orders mixed up or not received. Manhattan was the worst.

Workers in the buffet clearly hated their jobs, not one smile. Don’t think most of them spoke or understood English. Advised them coffee was out at one station and told to find another. Requested half and half as no one refilled it and was brought stir sticks. Requested salt and received straws. Crepes were good but undercooked. Every meal we ate in the dining rooms took us at least 2 1/2 hours. Missed a couple of shows due to this. O’Sheenans was the only place where food was hot, fast and servers had a smile. Also the only place where we were asked if everything was ok.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BD

Was not cleaned before us, or perhaps only a spit and polish. Previous guests bill left on door. FYI, they spent $547 on gratuities, casino and shops. Such a breech of privacy. Card left in the light pocket and underwear left in a cupboard. Steward was hit and miss, no consistency. Only cleaned where we’d see (top shelf in bathroom thick with dust) tried to be environmentally friendly by reusing our towels but he changed them even when not left on the floor. Had to request items multiple times in order to receive them.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Shops the same as every other port, but this one smelled bad, like rotting garbage.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

The worst. Could not dock at Georgetown so tendered into a port that was a 15 minute bus ride to the town. Had to pay $10 for a bus ride and all but 4 stores were closed as it was Sunday. Was NOT advised of this before boarding the bus. Very unhappy.

Ocho Rios

Severely harassed by locals while trying to shop in port. Taxi driver yelled at us for saying we DIDNOT want a ride back to port. I was a little scared.
