Casino At Sea Cruise, the staff on this ship could care less about your experience except for the room steward, casino staff and a few of the servers at O'sheeans. I don't understand the other reviews, they couldn't have been on this ship. Not one single person I spoke with had anything good to asy about the bar service anywhere on the ship. Smoking section at waves pool was a joke. The other ships in this class have much larger wmoking sections, (Escape). Never again on this ship. I like the Norwegian brand and will continue since I bought 4 additional deposits and they did match those.
