The food at the buffet was boring, little selection, and poor taste. O'Sheehan's was poorly understaffed and the food was very hit and miss. There were nowhere near enough tables and chairs for the amount of people on the boat. The game shows were disappointing in the same contestant playing twice, the quality of payouts was abysmal. The pools and hot tubs were a nightmare, and pools were randomly drained during sea days when people would most likely use them. Kids were hogging the hot tubs for too long, no supervision.

Store staff was rude and impolite, and bartenders were rude. Boat tendering was a disaster, and the fact that 3000 people were waiting in a line and the boat was 2 hours late disembarking from the Cayman Islands was a disaster. We were jipped out of a quarter of our destinations, that we paid $1100 for, and were only reimbursed with $37? That's insulting, and the cruise director said cabs would be available for $10 round trip, & they were over $20 with no reimbursement as it was the ship's fault for us being in the location we were.

For the ship having "world class entertainment", most shows were an hour, IF that, and the game shows were usually over in 15 minutes. The final 2 days had virtually NO entertainment at all, and on the final day, most of the events were at 9-11pm, when we disembarked at 7am, so enjoyment of those were impossible.

Cabin T1

Cabins were efficient for 2 people, any more than that would almost be an inconvenience.

Port Reviews

Ocho Rios

Too many panhandlers and beggers. Didn't care for the area, country is beautiful however.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful island. Only thing that ruined this part was the tender boat debacle.
