I have traveled with Carnival 3 times prior to this cruise and it was decent for the price. The Vista did not include hardly anything. The zipline bikes were only open 3 hours a day, the restaurants were only open at odd times, usually when people were enjoying the islands, my grandbaby was told he wasn't allowed in the pool because he wears swim diapers - yet many other toddlers in diapers were in there, we had the unlimited alcohol package but most bars closed at 9pm, the wait time was ridiculous - at least 20 mins each time. Staff was extremely rude, cabins seemed to be smaller than the other ships. When we booked we advised them it was our honeymoon and we were traveling with our kids, they never told us about the family harbor, or even about connecting cabins - which I specifically asked about and was told they do not exist!

My kids room was not cleaned one time on the 6 day cruise. Many elevators were out of service. I can't climb stairs due to medical issues, my daughter had an infant in a stroller, and we have small children. We were constantly being separated while getting on/off ship.

When leaving the cruise, our baggage was damaged, I completed a claim form at the terminal - 2 months later, they still have not contacted me regarding this. My wedding dress was damaged!

Cabin Review

Balcony

We had a balcony room - it was smaller than the room I had on a previous cruise. The balcony was dirty and we could hear the neighbors slamming doors all night!
