This is my second time on the Ruby Princess, but this last cruise was horrible. The staff was rube and it took forever to et service. I had plan a 15 day cruise next Oct. to Hawaii and I am going to cancel that trip.I can not image spend 15 days with that crew. The public bathrooms were not well tended to.

In addition, the drinks were watered down and the bartenders took forever getting our drinks. We purchased the drink package.

The photographer that took my formal pictures to me that my hair was too wild and I needed to cut it. Read more
