Overall price of flights and river cruise. Good choice of excursions suitable for any fitness level, the local guides were very good all speaking English. Transfers to and from the Scenic Gem were very good, the overall organisation was very good. The Tour Director was excellent in keeping everyone informed of the day to day activities and any special dinners and outings. He always finished his port talk with a joke of some sort. He was very personable.

The food reflected the area we were travelling in as did the wines, all of which were inclusive of the price. Our only criticism would be that there were not enough vegetables available at dinner.

As an extra bonus our Tour Director loaded a personal USB stick with photos taken along our journey of the Seine and Normandy countryside. Read more
