Always wanted to go to Hong Kong and Singapore so the itinery on this particular cruise appealed to me.The ship is a good size ,not too big,it is showing signs of wear and tear in places ,but kept very clean .The entertainment could have been slightly more varied ,but I presume due to an average older guest it was geared towards them.Went with our son age 19 ,so he was surprised( as was I) not a more varied age range.

The excursions were good on the whole, the guides brilliant, but do feel there could have been longer time in places and also more places to visit. For instance on one tour we were taken to a modern shopping Mall ( like in any country),when across the other side of the city where many historic sights ,which we didnt have time to get too.

The Dining Hall staff were great ,cant fault them, they work so hard. The choice of food didnt vary much ,could have had more choice, but good quality ,well presented food.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

As said above,a bit smaller than average .Looked ‘tired’ ,shower really shabby ,grouting all gone and dirty.Needs an overhaul. Also the valance round our beds was full of holes, not what you expect. At home I would have thrown them away.

The bedding very clean .

The actual cleanliness of the cabin was good.
