The crew was shocked that the ship was at capacity and they had no way of handling it.

None of the iPad's to book amenities work, or they book you into time slots you didn't choose. The wait at guest services was one hour and forty minutes to be told that they couldn't do anything to help. They explained that the amenities on the ship would only be available to some guest. Northstar isn't able to handle the capacity, ripcord can't, handle the capacity of the ship so only some guests can use it. The trapeze has a first come first serve, but instead of servicing the 70 guest trying to line up, 7 members of the crew were playing volleyball. The line was out of control with line cutters so the people waiting around were turned away, this resulted in a screeeming match and security had to be called.

The Xbox station has 5 machines, according the the supervisor 2 never work and the other 3 only work when turned on in Miami, if and only if the office can get past its own firewall.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Great parking easy to board. Some computer glitches with checking but not as bad as onboard.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Too far from Orlando. No incentive to get off. Too many people stay onboard. Crowed on ship it was like another day at sea. Would be better tostadas overnight in another port instead of wasting the day in port canaveral, it's a departure port, not a destination!
