I have cruised many times on a dozen different cruise lines, and I think that NCL currently offers the best cruise value in the industry.
It is certainly the only cruise line that makes solo travelers welcome with special pricing and amenities.
I thoroughly enjoyed this 7 day cruise to Honduras (Roatan), Belize (Harvest Caye), and Mexico (Costa Maya and Cozumel).

This 12 deck balcony cabin is located right across from the aft elevator lobby, but there was no pproblem with noise or traffic in the cabin. It is linked to the adjacent cabin with a door, but gain, I never heard my neighbors. The balcony was a great place to relax and get away from the noise (loud music) of some public areas.
