This was our 3rd cruise with Carnival and each one was a different ship. The ship was well maintained, every port stop they were constantly cleaning and performing maintenance. Our cabin was well maintained, we even asked our room steward to tighten the screws on the ladder for our son to get into his bunk and he was glad to take care of it. Staff was very friendly and helpful towards us. Staff at Camp Ocean was amazing and our son loved going, they knew his name and quickly figured out his likes and dislikes. The dining room staff was great the first and third night we went in there. The second night we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience and service was extremely slow, so we asked to be seated in the same waiters area as the first night. The team called us by name and remembered our son as well by name. The entertainment team was very talented and professional. There is a lot of passion for what they do. They were super nice when we would see them around on the boat in other areas as well. Food was ok on the buffet and in the dining room, most did not have much flavor, we do understand that different people like different amounts of seasoning and they did the best that they could when they are cooking for so many people. Lots of choices, just need more flavor.

Overall a good time was had by all of us and we will cruise with Carnival again!
