Sail Date: Oct 2017
Cabin: Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

This was my 2nd time on this ship, because the first time was so awesome! Big ship where I could enjoy frequent long walks (didn't gain but 1.5 lbs) and the full moon (balcony room). Great food & entertainment. We were supposed to go to Eastern Caribbean but for the hurricane. I wish we had gone to Jamaica and Grand Cayman instead. Friendly staff who liked their jobs with NCL. VERY comfy rooms, ultra clean. My sister wanted to buy the pillows, said they were perfect! I had the sofa bed, made more comfortable with egg crate mattress. I'm sold on NCL...this was my 3rd cruise in 2 years. Common main atrium could use better ventilation, as the casino was a floor above, and cigarette smoke was hard to avoid as it drifted from the floor above. Security swiftly addressed our unruly neighbors in the adjacent cabin who were drunk and fighting/body slamming, and smoking on the balcony. I felt very safe.

Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

Clean and very comfortable. BUT, the only difference in a mini-suite and a regular balcony is the bathroom: large fancy shower with 2 vanities, versus single-wide shower and single vanity. Not worth the $300 I paid to upgrade. Beds comfortable, including sofa bed.
