Sail Date: Oct 2017

We sailed the Jade 3 yrs ago and it was the BEST CRUISE EVER. We were looking forward to the ship, the itinerary (We had never done a Fall Color trip), the ports, everything. We did not get an invite to the frequent cruisers cocktail party. There was only one "formal" night on a 10 dsy cruise. The shop did not have weather appropriate garments for purchase. The bars were closed more often than open and were short on staff. The time in ports was cut back drastically from what was sold to us. Two of our four tours were cancelled, one while on board. Most of the tourist shops and restaurants were closed, as it was "end of season", another detail not disclosed. The food, even in the "specialty" restaurants was mediocre, st best. The crew was poorly trained, not helpful, and seemed bored with having to do their job. WORST CRUISE EVER!!!

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

Cabin was fine. Steward was NOT. On previous NCL cruises (We are Platinum with them) steward left his card eith his name and number for contact with him/her...not so this trip. Never had ice, had to call Reception to bring coffee packets. Overall, poor service.
