Celebrity Silhouette Review

Service was their best feature. Food not so much. I was disappointed.

We choose this cruise because it was Spain intensive. Embarkation was very smooth.

The ship was nothing spectacular. The decor was underwhelming. The artwork was odd. The pictures in the hallways looked amateurish and uninteresting. The Martini bar was nice and inovative. The solarium was a nice place to relax. Our balcony cabin was nice. Lots of storage. Far side of the closet was hard to get to because of the couch. The bathroom was great! Lots of storage and a nice shower. Seemed roomy.

The dining was my biggest disappointment. The dining room was rather plain looking. Our waiter was great. The wine choices by the glass were not very good. The food was not as good as I was expecting. The meat and vegetable parings were not to my liking. I often had trouble looking at the menu and finding something that looked good to me. Tuscan Grill was the best specialty diner. Murano was good but not worth $50/pp extra. Qsine was not good and not worth the money for sure. The filet came with about 2 Tbls mashed potatoes, creamed spinach etc.in a tiny jars to share for 4 people at the table. The buffet was just ok. The food looked better than it tasted. It was nicely arranged and the service was great. The food seemed to all taste alike after 3-4 days.
