The 15 day full canal transit was outstanding. The cruise staff, in spite of being short staffed, provided a regular, diverse set of activities, from trivia to games to exercise classes. You could be as busy or as laid back as you wanted to be. The Coral, unlike the Island, has two theaters for shows, an adequate-sized gym, an international cafe for coffee, a Promenade deck circuit for walking, and sufficient public areas for the numbers of passengers. They have resized Club Class in the dining room so that, unlike our cruise in July, the waiting for seating in Anytime Dining was reasonable.
The entertainment was good, especially the Imperial Trio, a fantastic group from Hungary, who played regularly in the atrium. The dance bands, like Rhapsody, not so much.
Of course, there is the downside that Princess overprices photos and the spa and is so intent on selling extras that it feels like QVC. This, however, is easily ignored.
The balcony storeroom was a reasonable size, and the addition of padding made the bed quite nice. The shower is tiny, but workable.
