We were especially pleased with the extra care given to us by the American Lobby bar staff. Napa was her name and I think he spelled his name Putra. They were always smiling and ready to help us. Our head waiter in the dining room was Philip. His team gave us excellent service in the Lincoln dining room.
The seas were rough, but the cruise was a wonderful experience. This was our 7th cruise with Carnival and we love their cruise line.
The Cruise Director, Orlando, was the best one that we have ever had. He knew how to get the crowd involved and he was very entertaining. The shows were great, but his trivia games were excellent and should not be missed.
Cabin Review
Our balcony door needed some repair because it didn't close properly. This did not cause us much of a problem. Otherwise, it was nice.
